Nice to meet you! I’m Kayloni Carroll. Originally from Idaho with a deep love for the outdoors, I’ve proudly called Oklahoma home for the last seven years. For over a decade, I worked as a veterinary technician. While I always had a strong interest in canine behavior, if you had told me early in my career that I would eventually become a professional dog trainer, I wouldn’t have believed you.

My journey truly began four years ago when I got my dog, Syren. I wanted to train her myself to build a deep, personal bond. Watching things click for her and seeing her grow was incredibly rewarding. After attending a few hunt tests, I was completely hooked on the sporting dog world. A friend kept encouraging me to train dogs for others, and although I put it off for a while, Syren had sparked a passion I didn’t know I had.

Today, alongside Syren, my other dog Ellie Mae, and my cat Dumpling, I am dedicated to sharing that passion with you. At Synergy K9, my mission is to help give pet parents the tools they need to enhance the bond with their dogs through effective training techniques. I truly believe that a well-trained dog leads to a happier household and a more fulfilling life for both the canine and the handler.
